The chair was easy to assemble except for the bolts that attach the arms to the back. It seems like the insert nuts were off from where they were supposed to be. I did get them eventually but struggled a bit and you can see the fit isn't perfect. I do like the lumbar and head rest, they feel good to sit against and comfortable overall.
