First things first I have to give this company round of applause because the packaging on this was OUTSTANDING! The box it comes in does have some heft to it but it is totally manageable and better than what I’ve experienced from other manufacturers. The chair was very easy to assemble with the directions provided and when all was said and done, I was truly amazed at the finished product and the comfort I experienced once seated. I love that the height is adjustable, the armrests can be moved out of the way when not in use and the rocking feature is also a nice touch. I cannot say anything regarding the wheels because I did not use them. I purchased wheels from another manufacturer because I wanted rubber locking wheels and they paired handsomely with this chair! –Don’t sit on the fence with this one people it’s an excellent value! The chair is nice and comfortable but the wheels are poor quality. They don't roll nicely. Even after replacing them from another chair ordered, they still didn't roll well, so as long as you are not rolling along, you'll be good. Read more
