I previously purchased another office chair from this company and I really like it. They asked me to test this NEW model with the reclining and footrest feature at no net cost to me. The chair arrived with an Amazon carton over the manufacturer's carton, which is a nice touch. It came with a T- Allen wrench and a small screwdriver; all the tools I needed to assemble it. I like to take my time putting things together, so it took an hour + to fully assemble. I had to be careful to remove the plastic from some of the seat parts, using scissors. All good. In my opinion, the chair is very nice looking and the legs/base of this chair look better than on my other chair. The seat cushion is large and comfortable. The footrest is sturdy and easily slides under seat when not wanted. The reclining feature of the chair can be left unlocked, but I like to set in a locked position. I needed to scoot back and leave the lumbar support in a minimum (but comfortable) setting so I could recline in a single move. I have used the chair for about 3 weeks and I think it passes the test for a good office chair. If you register the purchase with the company, they provide a 5-year warranty. I did find that the headrest height adjustment was very stiff at first. I emailed the company and received a prompt response that the headrest would move easier with use. I could see a slight evidence of rubbing, so I simply used a little silicone spray where the two pieces make contact. Now I can easily move the headrest up or down, even while reclined in the chair. I mostly use it an a low position and don't need to move it often. The company also includes a small number of spare fasteners in case you lose one; again a nice touch. Read more
