I absolutely love this chair! At first I was skeptical about the leg supports but after assembling it, they are so comfortable. The chair was extremely easy to put together. It took me about 20 minutes and was a very straightforward process. This chair has lumbar support which feels really good when youve been working hard all day. Also the wheels are very smooth to roll around. I also appreciate the head rest the chair has. If you lean all the way back with the leg supports out you will fall asleep. It's seems sturdy as well. Assembly was simple, the most difficult part was attaching the last two screws into the back. Helped to loosen all of the screws in the arms and then adjusting the back into place. All the components are sturdy. Comfortable cushioning in the seat and back. The back does end right at my neck, so no head support with this chair. The seat is not as deep as I would have liked. It's about 1.5" shorter than my old chair and it makes a difference to where the seat hits on the legs. The material is nice and the armrests are comfortable. Tilt function works well and chair has good height adjustment. The fact that the armrests flip up is my favorite feature - with them up (or down, as there is no front support that blocks this) I can sit cross-legged, and bring able to change sitting positions like that really helps during the long work days. I would also recommend watching the video before assembling, it really helped make things go a lot smoother when assembling.
