Amending review on 23Oct25 Mouse died about 2 months after purchase. Won't pair, won't, connect via 2.4. charging does not appear to do anything. Update: so two things. 1. The vendor reached out to me when I wrote this review and offered me a refund. I meant to get around to mentioning that but lost track of time and then forgot about it. 2. I ran across the mouse in a discarded tech pile when I was cleaning up and reorganizing my office and for giggles plugged it in. It now appears to be working again and seems to work fine. It's taking a charge, it does intermittently cut out a little bit but I'm not sure if that's due to an interference issue or a problem with the mouse itself. I had already replaced it so for the time being I've tossed it into my laptop bag for use when I'm on the go. In summary: The vendor appears to stand behind their products. I still believe this mouse was defective, but I think it may have just been a one-off defect. I would still purchase from them again and when it works it's a nice mouse, so I would recommend it if you were In the market for an ergonomic mouse and the price point was right for you. Read more
Since I started using this product a few weeks ago, I can confidently say that it has resulted in a substantial improvement in my level of comfort throughout the day, particularly when I am working for lengthy periods of time. The nature of my work requires me to spend extended amounts of time seated in front of a computer, which often results in wrist strain and pain at the end of the day. My hand and wrist comfort has significantly improved ever since I started using this ergonomic mouse, and I feel a significant amount of relaxation. Because I had previously attempted different remedies without much success, I was first uncertain as to whether or not this medication would really ease the agony that I had been feeling. After using this mouse on a regular basis, however, I believe that it really lives up to the promise that it made. I am able to sustain my productivity throughout the workday without experiencing the typical stiffness or weariness in my wrist, and I will visibly feel reduced strain after hours of continuous usage. I have observed a big decrease in the amount of pain and discomfort I have by the time my workday is over, which is one of the most important advantages I experience. My wrist was becoming more painful and stiff, and I would often need to take brief breaks as a result. However, now I am able to work comfortably for extended periods of time without being interrupted. My productivity and general efficiency at work have both increased as a result of this. Read more
