When I first opened the box on this item, I was so mad because it was not black as stated, and I left a bad review. After using the table for a couple of months now. I realized its a great table! The item seemed as sturdy as I would expect initially but over time became pretty wobbly (I never put anything heavy on it, didn't move it very often either). Overall, I would say it was ok if you need something for a limited period of time, probably not for long-term or heavy use. Read more

I was a little worried when I placed my order for this since it only had two reviews but it was on sale so I figured I’d risk it, and I’m so glad I did!!! Packaged super well, everything was in perfect condition, and it took all of 5 minutes to put it together. I was so happy with it that I ordered a second one and it was just as great as the first one. And the wheels are super smooth! I would for sure order again and recommend these to everyone. Read more
I use this table all the time. We had to raise up my recliner using 2 - 2X6" pieces of wood, but now the table fits perfect underneath. It is easy to move around the room, and I use it for paperwork and books when I am working. Read more
Very unhappy with both the quality and appearance of this table. First of all it is not black as indicated in the description. The table top is brown. Regarding stability there is none! The hydraulic leg wobbles inside the column creating a very unsteady surface, not even steady enough to place a drink on it safely. A majority of the bolt heads striped upon insertion with the included Allen wrenches. Unfortunately my son unpacked it and disposed of the box before I could return it. Let me start by saying I knew I was buying this item as a proof of concept with the potential end goal being the need for a step up in quality. The product proves that the concept will solve my problem: I have a bad back and sometimes need to work or game from my adjustable bed. Its great for putting my laptop on and I prefer a keyboard in my lap with a small hard surface for my mouse (round bamboo over beanbag found on this platform). I like the size of the tabletop, the color and the price. The downsides for me: The hidden wheels are really ineffective on my carpet so I feel like I'm fighting to rotate the desk over the bed and back away again so I can sleep. This means that even just two weeks after getting the table, the top has some unexpected 'wiggle' from pulling at it against resistance. Also, the pneumatic adjustment isn't very easy to work with. Its fine to get it to a usable height, but if I need to raise my legs, I have to get up to adjust things. Long term, I will go with a powered unit that has bigger wheels. Read more
