When I bought this item for some reason I thought it was magnetic. It is not. It attaches to the sink with adhesive. So need to make sure you pick a spot it will stay at. Very sturdy product and strong attachment. Looks very neat in a stainless steel kitchen sink. I attached it to the sink’s inside wall closest to me, which means you cannot actually see the holder unless you come very close to the sink and know what to look for. Sleek and stylish. Read more

I bought this to hold the sponges in the sink of my kitchen island. It adheres well to the stainless steel sink and is very strong. Works well, I even put one in the shower to hold the back scrubber. I would definitely recommend it. Read more

The sticky part in the back doesn’t last, but my bf at the time put silicone on the back and it stuck there and hasn’t fallen. It’s been months. It doesn’t look as pretty bc some silicone came out the edges, but maybe you don’t have to put as much as he did or just clean off the part that oozes out and make it work. I still gave these 4 stars bc they save space and don’t accumulate gunk in them like other sponge holders do, so I like them. Read more

Was excited about getting these for my sink to hold some scrub brushes, and all I’m left with is no holders for the brushes and a cracked dishwasher. I followed the instructions, put them up in my sink, and within 12 hours (they say to wait 24 hours before using them to allow time for the adhesive to set), they had both fallen down. I tried again, fell down within minutes. So, I added the extra adhesive stickers to the back of each one to try a third time and, once again, they fell down. Tried one more time with little hope and down they went. BEFORE brushes/sponges/anything actually went in them. Frustrated, I set them aside until I had time to process the return, and my 6 year old later came by and stuck them to our dishwasher. That they stuck to with a vengeance. They wouldn’t come off, so much so that in the removal process, our new dishwasher cracked from how tightly they were on there. So! If you want to put this on your dishwasher for it to never come off again, go for it. If you want it in your sink for the advertised purpose, go find a different product. The media could not be loaded. I love the sponge holder for my sponges; I live along and have a real small kitchen with a small sink, so this minimal size sponge holder helps me a lot to organize. I have been using this sponge holder for a week now with no issues and the adhesive is very strong. This has been wonderful in our sink and it installs easily. I also use it to hang my bag, cause it’s really cheap. This is one of the most useful products I have in the kitchen which bring me a happy kitchen life. As a household and also a kitchen accessary, I love it. Wonderful products, cheap and useful. I wanna buy it again! Read more

So I would recommend buying some gorilla glue with these hooks. The adhesive didn't hold for more than 10 minutes. Luckily I had gorilla glue in the draw. The hook is nice looking and made well but adhesive could use some upgrading. Read more

These guys are great—subtle and effective. I needed one for reg sponge and one for dog sponge; don’t want those together. In a rental without a dishwasher, this is critical. I was worried about small size, less than 2 inches each way. But they hold my scotch-brite wavy sponges just fine, and would be great with a straight sided sponge, too. I don’t want them wedged against the sink or they won’t dry. This leaves room, but check the depth vs your preferred sponges before buying if you use a thick one. They stick really well so far, and no yucky smelling sponges—victory!!! I almost went for a four pack for this price, but reviews were better for this one. I would buy again; probably will when I move. I’m considering for the tub sponge, too... Can also see using this as a hook for a light towel or squeegee, for a glass door shower. I put mine on the near side of the sink, so you don’t see them unless you look straight down. Sponges are visible, but the holders are harder to notice when sponges aren’t there, which is exactly what I wanted in a nice stainless steel sink. Read more
