This item was purchased for my husband to take his lunch to work. It is just big enough (without being excessive), to fit his microwavable meal (in the box), with room to spare. We like the compartments but we found the zippers a bit stubborn. There was a tiny tear but it isn't anything to worry about. Giving it a 4 star due to the tear and stubborn zippers.
