Espoir Be Velvet Cushion Foundation 23 Beige Quick and Easy Coverage with Long-lasting Color by Zero Oxidation Velvety

GENIUNE REVIEW: So I actually didn’t really know my shade so I got the sample pack off of the tiktok shop (which is SUPER helpful). The coverage is crazywork because I didn’t even use a color corrector or concealer and it COVERED my dark circles A LOT. It made my skin look so smooth (like the douyin girls) and minimized my skin texture visibility? A little does go quite a bit in my opinion. A little does go a little further if you do skin prep and use it on hydrated and moist skin. (Please do not use this product on dry/patchy/flaky skin or results will obviously not be great). The formula is really thin and skin-like. It doesn’t feel sticky or powdery afterwards. I’ve had it on for about two hours now and it hasn’t melt? Not really melt but like when it does that thing where it becomes patchy and soaks into your skin texture. It’s not moisturing but it also doesn’t dry out your skin. It more so just stays at the top layer of your skin? If this is your first foundation cushion, don’t tap it into the foundation and immediately apply it to your face. Tap it onto where the sponge goes (the lid that goes over the sponge of foundation). This will make sure that the foundation goes on even. It’s honesty amazing for a first cushion, everyday cushion, EVERYTHING cushion. As a 17 year old with skin issues, I LOVE THIS CUSHION. P.S. if you decide that your want the TIRTIR cushion, it oxidizes BADLY. It turns very yellow or orange (depending on the shade). But if you do get it, get the one that’s pink. :) Read more

It has a smooth, velvety finish and gives good coverage without looking heavy. The #26 Honey shade looks natural and doesn’t oxidize throughout the day. Long-lasting, easy to apply, and perfect for daily use. I would buy it again! Read more

as somebody who has combo to oily, sensitive, acne-prone skin, I LOVE THIS CUSHION! i break out as soon as i use a new product, but fortunately this hasn’t happened with this cushion and covers up my pimples. i’m a college freshman right now and as a girl who doesn’t have a lot of time to get ready, it’s very nice :) i also have a lot of hyperpigmentation if that helps, i get very red easily and have dark spots due to me breaking out. i also use the hourglass concealer with this and they work out great. my only issue is that since im more on the oily side, i do tend to find myself getting oilier more with this foundation. i also have the jung saem mool cushion (AMAZING TOO BTW, FIVE STARS AS WELL) which works great and doesn’t make me oily as much. espoir is definitely nice in terms of how clear my skin looks after however, i achieve more of that glass skin look ofc with that means i do tend to get more oily around my t-zone lol :( but that’s fine! for the coverage and the fact it really is a “velvet” finish i LOVE it! definitely try this out if you want to!! this and jung saem mool are 100% my favorites! I got shade 26 and I really like this foundation, perfect soft matte that isn't dry and the undertone is very neutral, so it doesn't look weird on my olive undertone. The foundation has a slight scent but after it's on I don't noticed, not sticky and easy to set with powder. Lasts a really long time except on my t-zone but that is a me problem and not an issue with the foundation itself, nor does it pill or separate anywhere else. Pros Amazing coverage. Evened out my complexion very well with minimal product. Good shade range. Cons So dry looking. I have combo skin. Maybe even slightly dry this time of year. I prepped my skin with moisturizer AND a hydrating primer. (Left time for them to absorb.) This foundation still looked dry and cakey when applied. I hit it with 2 more layers of hydrating spray and it looked a little better, but still not great. Also the puff did not deposit color into my light forehead creases so maybe would still need to use a brush to touch up those areas. Might be good if you have really oily skin and no age lines. Not one to use make up at all but this foundation is very beginner friendly at least for me. Not a fan of the cushion puff its too big and very spongy so I think it observes the product so i find that i need to use more product. I have a clio cushion puff that works amazing. It is light coverage which I love because it gives me a natural look i guess. Read more
