I give it a 4 instead of 5 because it is a bit bigger than I expected. It is not loud and makes great coffee (with crema). Easy to use. Value for the money. I have not yet used the milk frother. Read more
I was at a friends house who has a Breville Barista Machine, loved the coffee. I wanted to buy one but the price of a Breville is not in my budget. I picked this one which only brews the espresso, no bells (although it does ding) or fancy stuff - simple machine at a great affordable price, the espresso was just as good as the Breville's. The product itself is quality and my brother who I got it for loves it. I am specifically writing this review about my positive customer service experience that I had with avigator. This product arrived broken (functional, but had a crack in the lid of the water reservoir), so I got In touch with customer service who promptly offered to make the situation right by sending me a new unit without even having to send the old one back! I like this semi-automatic coffee machine so much. It can be cleaned and plugged in to make coffee! The volume is small, and it does not take up space on the desk. It can make coffee quickly. The preheating time is very short. There are different settings for one cup and two cups. The milk foamer is also very easy to use. Using whole milk to add to the coffee, it can not only have a milky fragrance but also enjoy the rich taste of coffee. Water leaks from water container if the container is not perfectly sitting in the machine. The slightest bump makes water leak. The coffee container is difficult to put into the machine without exerting great force. The owners manual is sometimes hard to understand. This machine not recommended. Read more
