This mount functions just as stated and as it should! It fits in many positions and has tons of adjustment. Super easy to install, tons of suctions. All you have to do is clean your mounting surface, push it on, clamp it and go! The MagSafe magnetic phone mount is really strong, with no fear of my iPhone 16 Pro falling. Best windshield thingy I ever had. But I can't really make too much use of it because these new cars pick up on the signal on your phone and put it on that little TV thing when I need maps and junk. But if you don't have that it is the best one I promise you by far because it goes by magnet and a magnets very strong and the plastic that they use is very tough so it'll last a long long time. There are a bunch of cheap phone mounts but this one stands out from them all. This one is made of aluminum with a nice gun metal gray finish. It’s a nice touch in my truck. For those of you that drive the new Silverado, you know it’s hard to find a good spot to put a phone mount as the dashboard doesn’t give many options to mount. Additionally, I’m not the kind of person that’s going to stick something directly to the leather dashboard. So the options were quite limited. I found this spot right on the grab handle to work out very well. It supports vertical and horizontal mounting very well. This phone mount is very nice. I highly recommend because it feels very sturdy and fits my truck aesthetic nicely. The 3M tape they give (with one additional just in case) seems to have a great adhesion and doesn’t seems like it’s going to fall off. The instructions were extremely clear. I have been using the magsafe phone mount for the past 2 months. Design wise it is great - highly adjustable and the magnet is strong. Sadly it the fastening plastic ring suddenly broke in the middle of a ride (no offroad or something of that sort) and now I cannot use the mount anymore - the phone is facing downwards. I have contacted ESR a couple of days ago but no response yet. They promise a 24 hour max until initial response. An Update - ESR have reached out and are sending a replacement part. Seriously, high-quality product. Very sturdy, well-made. They make it easy to put it up in the top left corner of the screen, however, that’s not what I decided to do. I decided to put it towards the bottom of the screen for a more discreet and easy to reach look. Super happy with it! And love that it can fold out of the way when not in use. Read more

This mount may be the strongest magnetic mount I've ever tried. When I put my phone to the mount it yanked the phone out of my hand haha I'm not sure if it was case+mount combo making it so strong but holy moly, I have to death grip my phone just to get it off the thing. The articulation of the arm is great! Unlike other mounts, this has an elbow so it can curve around something like a rear view mirror. But the mounting system for the arm itself leaves much to be desired. - the suction cup doesn't even seem like a suction cup but more of a REALLY sticky pad (it came with a backing like a sticker would) - the arm mounted to the suction cup is loose and not sturdy so it shakes like a madman when you're driving - the magnet being so frickin strong may be a plus but it does become a pain just trying to get it off in a hurry All in all: I'll probably be looking for a different mount, just because of the "suction" cup system on this thing. It's too flimsy. -- [No longer the case] (Update:) I'm just stupid and didn't realize there was a LOCK on the suction cup - I enabled the lock and it fixed my biggest issue with the arm shaking on the mount. I like this mount a lot. It's sleek and unobtrusive and kind of fits the design of a Tesla in general. The initial install was easy, it comes with a mounting jig. It's a solid piece, and you feel comfortable putting your phone on the mount. Everything was great, until last week, it fell off. There was no residue on the back of the screen where it was mounted, and the tape they provided seemed to have retained some of its tackiness. They talk in the listing about an extensive warranty, so I figured, what the heck, I'd give it a shot. I went to their website and emailed, but to be honest, I didn't think there was any shot I'd hear back. Instead, I expected to be ignored, and planned on finding replacement tape or another option. Much to my surprise, not only did they answer promptly, but they immediately offered to not only send me replacement tape for my existing mount, but a whole new mount. It arrived yesterday, 5 days total after my initial contact. I'm thrilled and more importantly impressed with the level and speed of their customer service (and the make of the item itself).
