I have struggled for years finding a liquid eyeliner that didn't smudge, wasn't too thick, didn't clump up easily, etc... I saw this one on a TikTok video and was like what the heck, I'll give it a shot. I AM SO GLAD I DID. It is so easy to apply, and I can get clean crisp lines even with slightly hooded eyes. It dries quickly so it doesn't smudge after application. The pigment is DARK which gives my cat eye a sharp edge. I used it before a concert a few weeks ago, and through sweat and tears it held up and still looked amazing until I washed my face.
