Don’t use a base coat, this polish gets funky and does not dry with a base coat underneath. It’s pretty good without it and does dry a little faster than typical nail polish. If you let it dry completely, you can either put a second coat or put a clear topcoat on it, though it typically does not need a second coat. Read more
