This stuff worked for me almost immediately. I was suffering badly from hot flashes and I was only sleeping a few hours a night and had major night sweats. OMG! It really works! I read others reviews and was skeptical but had to try it out, figured it was just $20 to try it. My hot flashes were sooo bad, I could barely sleep, and during the day I had probably 10 or more that felt like I just ran a few miles, forehead perspiration, neck hot, my entire upper body was hot. These were different than the previous perimenopause night sweats and “warm” flashes, these were so severe I had to have a handheld misting fan handy at all times. There were crazy! I even went to my doctor to discuss HRT mostly for these symptoms, so while waiting for blood work to come back I decided to give these a try, and within the very first week I noticed I barely had any hot flashes, and somedays I had NONE! I subscribed to these. And some how I canceled my subscription. So I fixed it. But so far 1 week without and I'm going crazy cause night sweats are so bad, and during the day I get so hot, that the back of my hair, my back, between my breasts gets wet. I start to sweat. When I take these my night sweats are sometimes just once or twice a week and helps so much with the day time ones. I work in a restaurant so when I'm moving around with hot flashes it's the worst, but these pills take care of the hot flashes and yeah I still get a little hot but not like when I'm not taking them.
