Buy the tools. It makes the experience of Matcha so Incredible! Put the Matcha in the sifter over your cup to make it very fine. The temperature of the water should be no higher than 180 degrees. I like it at 165- 170 degrees. Use a medium sized, rounded bottom cup so you can whisk your Matcha properly. ***The bag is sort of a mess. Be careful when you open it. Tap the contents down so the tea doesn't go flying out all over your countertop. *** Read more
