Excellent Taste & Quality, But Small Bag for the Price
Excellent quality and matcha flavor, however note that the package is very small, in comparison to the price tag. I was surprised when I pulled the tiny match bag out of the Amazon bag, considering what I paid. But for quality and flavor, really that should be 5 stars - only 4 due to the cost factor. Read more

Buy the tools. It makes the experience of Matcha so Incredible! Put the Matcha in the sifter over your cup to make it very fine. The temperature of the water should be no higher than 180 degrees. I like it at 165- 170 degrees. Use a medium sized, rounded bottom cup so you can whisk your Matcha properly. ***The bag is sort of a mess. Be careful when you open it. I like matcha and expect some bitterness, but this tasted very bitter to me, and had none of the fresh, grassy notes I like in a good matcha. Given the other positive reviews, I don't know if it's just me, but even when I added milk and sugar this just tasted bad to me, and isn't something I'd purchase. Read more
