My son has been dealing with eczema for years. It happens the worst on his hands and they get dry and cracked and bleed. We tried aveeno, we tried prescription strength steroids, we tried cortisone. The nurse at his doctor's office recommended this particular lotion and it has basically cured his eczema symptoms . As long as he is consistently using this every night before he goes to bed, he doesn't get any problems with his hands. It got so bad to the point that I was taking him to dermatologists and different doctors and no one could find a solution. This lotion has saved his skin . I couldn't recommend it enough. I picked this up after reading through the ingredients list, and I was really encouraged by the inclusion of colloidal oatmeal and ceramide-3. We’ve been using it on our 7-month-old who has mild to moderate eczema behind his knees and elbows, and while the results weren’t instant, it definitely helped over time. After a week or so of consistent use, the redness and dry patches noticeably calmed down, and his skin feels a lot softer and more comfortable. The texture is creamy but not greasy, and it absorbs quickly, which is important when trying to get a squirmy baby lotioned up. It’s also thick enough that a little goes a long way. For us, it’s become a solid part of the daily routine. It doesn’t work overnight, but with regular use, it clearly makes a difference. Read more
