Feels very stiff at first but gets better after a day. I am 6' and weigh 250lbs. Leaning back can feel the back flex so the recommended weight limit is believable. Has decreased my back pain once I found the right setting for the seeing angle. Is comfortable enough that I can fall asleep in it with my feet propped up on a foot stool and leaned back. Even at its lowest setting it sits a bit high for my desk and the arms a about an inch too low and not adjustable. Despite all of that this chair is more comfy than the Herman Miller Mirra that I just gave away. Read more

CHEAP hardware, shoddy quality, and a MASSIVE disgusting logo on the back of the chair

The good: it arrived quicker than expected. it's fairly comfortable and heavy. It's packaged well It came with 2 extra bolts (you'll need them) The bad (the rest is really bad!) It's not black. It's black and grey. There is a MASSIVE disgusting logo on the back of the head rest that isn't shown in any of the photo. In fact the photos carefully conceal the fact that it's there. I may return this chair based on that alone. The base, piston, casters and tilt mechanism are absolute garbage! cheap cast metal garbage. For the price of this chair you'd expect quality hardware. Not worth the money. The base of the chair that the tilt mechanism bolts into is cheap fiber board. This is where this chair will most likely fail. They provided two extra bolts, they will be needed! The build quality is such that bolts will most likely strip during assembly. The back of the chair is held to the base with three of these poor quality bolts. This is the second most likely point to fail. Over time the stress on these will cause them to come lose and strip. It looks nice, it's even comfortable, but the quality is garbage. Don't waste your money. I'm awaiting a response from the company on thier return policy. Read more
