This vacuum cleaner is incredibly practical! It works well on all types of surfaces — whether it’s hardwood floors or carpets, it handles them with ease and delivers excellent cleaning results. The detachable handle design is also very convenient, allowing it to easily reach under the bed or into sofa gaps that are usually hard to clean. With strong suction power and a large dust container, it can clean the whole house in one go. Vacuum works very well in terms of suction, quality build, cord length & quality. Assembly is literally a few snaps. Canister is large, so you’re not emptying it after 2 passes over carpeting. As others have mentioned, it is heavy to lift, but that is not the difficulty. It is its lack of maneuverability when you need to angle around furniture. In this situation, it is pretty clunky, forcing the use of a LOT of pressure on your wrist, forearm & shoulder as you attempt to move around a furniture leg. I would consider this issue when designing its next iteration. Also, adding rubber bumpers on the corners of plastic housing over the floor roller. This would go a long way towards preventing damage to the vacuum as well as what it might bump into. (I have since added self adhesive ones to mine.) Read more

First I'd need to mention my household includes myself and 3 German Shepherd dogs. With that said, I'm constantly vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing or mopping something in this house. I was skeptical at first about this vacuum cleaner. I'm pleasantly surprised the suction power of this vacuum cleaner! I can feel the suction pulling the hair and dirt out of my carpets and off hardwood floors. Love the LED lights! I can see the fur being pulled to the cleaner before I release the handle to push vacuum around. The Front of the vacuum cleans much closer to the wall than my old unit. I love having the capability to remove the handle to clean hard to reach places. The vacuum is pretty quiet. My dogs don't run as soon as I turn on the unit. The unit is pretty light weight and easy to carry up and down the stairs. I also love that the canister can be opened from both ends. Fur had collected at the top. Turns out a small piece of paper was stuck and stopped the fur from dropping to bottom of canister. Overall, I love the vacuum, the suction power and the bagless canister and I'm extremely happy with purchase. The only suggestion I would make is lengthen the cord and add floor attachment to vacuum steps. I haven't tried the brush attachment yet. I may do an update when I use the brush attachment on stairs with carpet. Read more
