Product that works and not getting ripped off

Broke before 2 seconds of use tried to send it back in its original box and UPS store wouldn’t take it with the return slip on my phone. They needed a printed return slip BS. Then I sent a messages to the seller because ups store wouldn’t take it back without a printed receipt for some reason which was on my phone. My printer doesn’t work. The seller said we will taken care of it I told them not to send a replacement and never got it and they still charged me for it. wtf. This is wrong paying for a broken product and then being charged again for another product that they never sent and I told them what is going on. And never got a replacement.
