After exfoliating my lips with a scrub or simply a terrycloth washcloth, I'll put a small dab of this on my lips and it seals in the softness! It's pricey but worth it. It doesn't work well on chapped lips, it's best when you don't have hardened dead skin on your lips and it keeps them smoother for much longer compared to ordinary chapstick or lip balms. It has a nice refreshing feel to it and is thick. It lasts a long time! I've been using this product for years. It has a menthol-like smell accompanied by a cooling/tingling sensation when applied. These, however, have the right texture, but do not smell or feel like the same formula I'm accustomed to. Not sure if the formula has changed, or if they're just old but they're not the same. Kiss Mix is definitely an excellent product, as good as advertised, but wait for the shock when you see how much you just paid for such a tiny amount.
