I opened the box and found a brown smelly poop stain! How disgusting and disappointing! Edit: When I told them about the stain, they sent me a new one within a couple of days. This one is clean, very nice soft, and the perfect size so I am changing my stars. I haven’t given this to my puppy yet, so I don’t know if it’s durable yet. Read more
