After trying two other heated eye masks, I have to give this one a thumbs up 👍🏻! I love that it has different heat levels, heats up immediately, has a rechargeable battery and LED lights indicating charge level. It is very comfortable and soft. It is stays on for 15 minutes which is doctor recommended. It is so convenient to use, no microwave heating, no cord to be attached! After trying other heated eye masks I can say that this one stands out, hitting all the marks. It's a bit pricey but several features of this mask are worth having: 1. It's comfortable to wear with soft fabric and gentle contact with eyelids. 2. Battery charge lasts for at least 6 - 10 cycles (depending on heat setting). 3. It's easy to set up up and use, and it's free of cords when using. 4. The LED display lets you know the battery's current state of charge whenever you turn it on. 5. The cloth cover is removable for washing. 6. The heat shuts off automatically once it's completed a 15 minute cycle. 7. I'm happy to say it's been a year since I bought this mask and it's still kicking. I stopped reviewing these kinds of masks as they tended to bust on me within 1-3 months. This one finally broke that streak. I use it every night to help fall asleep, and it's a life saver for migraines. My only complaint is the vibration it makes on startup/shutdown. Those aren't bad, it's when it runs out of battery and buzzes that I get annoyed. A lot of times I'm on the verge of sleep only to get jolted awake. -HOWEVER-, the vibration mechanic broke after a few months of use, so alls well if you're like me and don't like that anyway. The manufacturers should just get rid of it tbh. This also happened on the second mask I bought for my boyfriend. His heat settings still work though. Product holds a charge allowing for around 4 to 6 uses. Gives an indicator about how much or a charge is remaining as well a when it turns on as you are greeted with a light vibration. Wish it would have a signal when it goes off. Fits snugly over the eyes and is very comfortable. Other masks that I have tried that are wireless aren’t touching the eye area. Only complaint is it isn’t has hot as my other USB wired masks. Also like that the cover can be rinsed to make sure it remains clean. Further update: My dry eye has improved a lot since I stopped using this mask! I also found an excellent microwave mask by Bliss Life, I know microwave isn't as convenient but it is the safest heated eye mask and the dry eye relief is worth having to heat it. Update: after 3 weeks- of daily use, even three times a day, I realized my ey w have been much worse since I started using this mask. I suspect the dry heat is actually making my painful dry eye condition worse instead of better. Using this mask I had to triple-up the different eye drops and ointment and gel and still wasn't getting any relief. I've determined using this mask is actually the problem not a solution. It's going back and I don't recommend it. On to finding eye mask number eight, it I ever find one I will update this review. I've used this daily since it arrived. The good things about it: It heats up in a few minutes and stays hot for about 10 minutes before the auto shut off kicks in (might be 15 minutes including the warm up time). It seems to get hot enough to help with dry eyes. It lasts two rounds before it needs charging. The strap is not Velcro! * The not so good: It has a hard plastic piece right on the nose that can press down on the bridge of the nose and become painful. The heat doesn't entirely cover the eyes, especially the outer corners. It isn't plush or comfortable to use at all. Fabric is scratchy and thin. It has to live on the charger between uses. I will likely keep it but wouldn't buy it again. I got this for dry eyes and it's so relaxing and feels good on my eyes. It heats up right away and turns of after 15 mins. Seems like excellent quality. I like that I can remove the cover for washing. Super comfy! I have a small h4ad, somewhat close together eyes and a high nose bridge so I am impressed with the fit. It's a little pricey but if it lasts for a few years I will count this as a win! You won't regret it. Read more

This is a super terrific product. I've use it from the day it was delivered to me and only on the hottest setting (for my dry eyes). It's so soothing that I'm usually asleep before the 15 minutes are over, with the heating unit shutting down automatically. I love it that it's very comfortable to wear, as other eye masks were difficult to keep on for any length of time. An added plus is the removable cover can be washed for reuse. Read more
