Great product light scent been using for two years. Will not go back to any other product. Tried it all sheets, powders, liquids. A family member has sensitive skin and cannot use products with scent, but this product had no effect on their allergies. Read more

I bought a new LG front load washer and dryer. We received a sample of the Excelsior detergent from the appliance store. The salesperson said it was the best detergent for front loaders and guaranteed that it would keep the washer from smelling bad, which is a common problem in front loaders. He stressed to absolutely not use more than a T of detergent, and less for smaller loads. He was right! This detergent effectively cleans and freshens with a mere T of liquid detergent, and I love the fresh scent. I was happy to find the detergent on Amazon, however my bottle cracked and there was a huge mess inside the box. The bottle was inside a large plastic bag, so luckily a lot of it was contained, but it leaked all over the inside of the box. I called Amazon and they very quickly sent me a new bottle at no charge. Customer service was great, which is why I am happy to give this product a 5 start review. Also, the small dispenser pump that is included makes it very easy to add detergent with no drips, spills or mess. Read more

Great product, been using it for several years. You only use like 2 table spoons per load. Buy a jug once a year. Never had plugged up, stinking washing machine like you get with other brands. I liked it in the bottle better than the box you get now. That’s the reason for only 4 stars. Read more
