I go through an executive chair every few years as I sit on mine for half the day. My old one was starting to squeak and get lumpy, so I decided to get a replacement. This chair is a decent office chair. It's not as plush or comfortable as more expensive office chairs, but it seems to be well priced for what you get. The massage and heating are nice to have, but the massage is more a vibrator, and heating could be stronger. The best feature of this chair is the reclining position with footrest. Unlike all my previous chairs, I could take naps in this chair as it reclines pretty far back and the footrest props up the feet. The padding on the chair isn't that thick, so I'm not sure of how long-lasting this will be for me, but if I can get a few years of use out of it, I'll be happy. That's about average for me. The casters are the standard plastic casters. I always replace the wheels on my chairs with rubber casters. This small replacement makes a big difference in how smoothly and quietly the chair wheels around. Those replacements also protect the floor. One thing you have to be really careful about are the loose wires. They are thin and could break if you snag them or roll over them. Overall it's a decent chair worth considering if you like the idea of massage, heat, and reclining. Read more
