Customers find these batteries work well as replacements, particularly for alarm systems and CyberPower backup units, and appreciate their good quality and value for money.

I was setting up a NAS at home, and the batteries in my CyberPower ST135XLU were old, and not holding in even very short outages. I opted to try these rather than the CyberPower offered replacements. They turned out fine, fit right, easy replacement, of same quality externally as OEMs they replaced, and my NAS reports very good backup times when the power goes off and back on. They were a good choice. Read more
Can use for anything but they work in my son’s electric scooter. Made it faster and last a long time now Read more
I bought these nearly 5 years ago. I've used them only sporadically to run a model glider winch, which needs a lot of current. I suspected they'd gotten old and bought replacements. Was the power output any better on the new ones? No, the old and new provided about the same power output. All four dropped about .45V when a 2A load was applied. That's an apparent internal impedance of around 220mOhm. A battery resistance measurement from a charger reported about 110mOhm on all four. Of course, a battery is not an ohmic device and the voltage has a settling time after a load is applied or removed, so it's it's tough to really nail a number without specifying test conditions. So ... not powerful enough for my application, but for modest power applications it should be great. Read more
These worked perfectly. The lift was going down slowly and would only go up a few inches at a time, then stop and beep. I ordered these and put them in within a few minutes, and the lift is working correctly again. I did a test on the old batteries, and one was charged fine, but the other was around 11V, so was going bad. I went ahead and replaced both batteries with these new ones, since I figured the other one would be going out soon. I think the life expectancy of these batteries is 3-5 years. They look and feel the same as the ones I pulled out, and fit snuggly. One important thing about hooking up the wires is that the negative is swapped on the upper one. So, if I remember correctly, the black is negative on the bottom one and positive on the top one. Just hook them up the same way the old one came out. I couldn't exactly tell on mine, because when I pulled out the old battery on the top, the wires had disconnected and fallen down. So, just whatever wire you have on the bottom as negative, put that same color as positive on the top one. That provides the 24V from these two 12V batteries. Overall, I am pleased with these. Two batteries for just a little more than the price of one elsewhere. Read more
When I opened the box, the batteries didn’t look new. I didn’t think much of it at the time because I never expected used batteries to be sold in the market, and I’m not someone who usually worries about packaging. After about three weeks, my daughter’s dirt bike started losing power. The motor was running but had no strength. I thought the motor was the problem, so I replaced it with a new one, but nothing changed. My friend measured the battery with meter. He told me that the battery voltage drops very quickly while the motor is running, even though the batteries are fully charged. When I checked my purchase history more carefully, I discovered that the seller was selling used batteries. I am 100% sure I was sold used batteries. Unfortunately, it was already too late to return them. This experience taught me a lesson—going forward, I will pay close attention to packaging and product condition. Read more
I must admit I was very hesitant to purchase these batteries because of the one bad review among many good reviews. The bad review made a good point, they are non returnable. That combined with the fact it was not the same brand battery that came with my stairlift I almost passed on it. But with all the good reviews on it and the price and the fact it's dimensions and descriptions (F1 Terminals 12V 7Ah/20HR) were like the battery in my stairlift (Platinum Horizon stairlift) l took the chance and boy am I glad I did! I saved lots of money and the batteries work great so far! I'm glad I did not have a service tech come out because of my uncertainty and charge me 4 or 5 hundred dollars just to change the batteries. These batteries came the day after I purchased them. Read more
Used to replace batteries in battery backup. Perfect fit! I hoping that last a long time. Read more
