Express Water 1 Year Alkaline Reverse Osmosis System Replacement Filter Set 10 Filters with 100 GPD RO Membrane

We installed the RO system almost 2 years ago. The water here in SoCal tastes awful and is not suitable for drinking. The filtration process takes all of the nastiness out of the water, and what you get is clean-tasting water with no funky odors or aftertaste. The part they probably don't want me to tell you is that we are still currently on the original set of filters, and the water tastes absolutely fine; however, I realize that this is not a permanent solution, so I purchased more filters so that I have them on hand when I want to change them. If I am nearly 2 years into these filters, I figure that this new set of 2 will last 3-5 years. There is nothing in our municipal water that will hurt you physically, but it tastes off. These filters are more than sufficient for the task. I have a home in Mexico as well, where it is not advised to drink the municipal water for many of the same reasons, but perhaps a step or 2 further. I have consumed the water there, but much like here at my home in the States, it tastes bad, but there is always the threat of a potential stomach bug or something, so bottled or filtered water is essential. I wasn’t expecting much with this to be honest and set aside a whole day to install but took less than two hours total. I have had two and 3 stage Ro systems that were way more difficult. I suggest watching the video on this page to install, normally I’m “winging it” this time I wasn’t. The video was highly informative and I paused it during each step, it was more complicated than my other Ro systems however the easiest install ever. I live near a gypsum mine and Lake Huron have my own well, with my 3 stage Ro system I had previously filtered my tds was at 949 ppm on average and I’ve only started the flushing process with tank to clear it before I use yet my ppm was between 49 and 80 ppm after just flushing the system to use. I highly recommend for people with well water or hydroponics systems this will work perfectly and you can grow indoor hydroponics with this system without a doubt. Conclusion well worth the price I would’ve paid more honestly it’s an amazing system, don’t throw away the hose clips on every line I tossed some thinking it was unnecessary but it is necessary and the lines will leak also measure and cut correctly. Luckily this company gives you extra of everything that you could lose or throw away. Married people your kitchen is gonna look like a disaster during installation probably give your significant other some money and let them shoe shop because interruptions or a wife mad at the mess is gonna cost you some extra time and more chances to screw this up so plan accordingly. Relatively easy to install, pretty straightforward. I've had the RO/Alkaline system for years now and never had any issues. Water tastes great, and maybe its just me, but my chronic heartburn just went away after drinking this water. Was taking daily heartburn meds and completely went off of them after about a month.
