If you've ever used nasal strips, you probably have dealt with the issues of poor adhesion, insufficient or overbearing 'springiness', wrong size, etc. These have none of that for me. They are adhesive enough to last the whole night and then some, but are not difficult to remove. They have enough tension to keep my nasal passages open. It took a couple attempts to get the best placement for optimal results, and I ended up wasting a couple strips trying to realign them. Once these strips are on they adhere pretty quickly and I wouldn't try to remove them to adjust them. The did stay on throughout the night so the durability is there for sure. Functionally, these are good, but I've used others that had equivalent or better results while also being more cost effective. These work very well. I will admit I did not follow the directions to clean my face before use; I forgot because I was tired and ready to go to bed. My skin in my T zone is fairly oily, so I was afraid I might have wasted the strip; but I was pleasantly surprised by how well it stuck and stayed until morning. I use a Cpap with nasal pillows and mouth tape so it’s extremely important that my nasal passages stay open. I have allergy issues and my turbinates often swell when I lie down. These function quite effectively to literally give me some extra breathing room. I was able to remove them with ease and had no issues with skin sensitivity during use or after removal. They seem a little expensive to me compared with similar products; but they are effective and do what they claim to do, so in that sense they are a good value. Read more

These are pretty great and stay on my nose as they should. In my opinion, other alternatives I've used do not hold the same adhesive that these do. However, I may be limited in my experience because I've only ever used two other brands which are not well-known at all. Nevertheless, these work pretty great so far.
