I have had this for a couple of weeks now and it’s been very helpful relieving my dry eye symptoms. It holds a charge for five to six uses and doesn’t have to be refilled with water after each use. Heats up quickly and effectively moisturizes my eyes. Only small issue is that it doesn’t really sit comfortably on the bridge of my nose which I have remedied with a folded facial tissue for more cushioning. Read more
Not sure im going to like it. Very rigid, uncomfortable on bridge of nose. Doesn't conform to face so im barely feeling any heat. Instructions aren't very good for adjusting heat and steam. Way too much $$ for a product that doesnt seem to do what I need it to do. Read more
