Mine doesn't work
So I bought this back in October 8th and I didn't have to use it until yesterday and guess what it DOES NOT WORK, there is no steam coming out when you press the button, there is not instruction on trouble shooting, when I turn it off that's when the water stray out of the nozzle, cold water; another thing, that big nob at the top where you screw to fill the container is just spinning, it's not unscrewing for me to pour out the water and I just went on to return it and the return window was Nov 9th Read more

This is a good size to clean small areas. It was easy to put together. It is lightweight, seems to work well wirh steaming. We cleaned some of our grout and you can see a significant change in color. There was one thung that didn't work well for this machine. We noticed water leaked out where im pointing in the picture. Giving it a 3 because of this. This could be an isolated issue. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Everything was inside get the job done, heat up quickly. I love the fact it won't open until all the steam is out very safe. My only concern is the bottom to press down when steam cleaning. I wish I could only press one time unstead of constantly holding it Read more

This works well and has a nice large water reservoir. Cord length is long enough to not need an extension cord. Heats up quickly. I steam my clothes for the week each Sunday and this has been nice to have and use. Good value for the price. No chemicals needed. Just water! Also nice for loosening grime and whatnot for cleaning multiple surfaces. Have used on defrosting my minifridge freezer compartment too. A nice handy little tool! Read more
