If you have very, very, very sensitive skin, you might need to watch out because I saw some reviews where some people were burned however, I have extremely sensitive skin. This did not irritate my skin at all. I thought I had demodex mites that were making my face red and my eyelashes itchy. Turns out it was just dermatitis. There’s hardly a scent to it, but you do have to pump quite a bit to wash your entire face, which is what I was using it for demodex mites. However, it’s supposed to just be used for your eyes so technically you shouldn’t have to pump that much, but it did not irritate my eyes at all. It was very easy to use the foam. This was wonderful. I don’t know about the value for the money because it was kind of pricey in my opinion for the amount you get. It was however, a very effective cleanser, but I just went back to my usual if I were to keep using it the way I was using it. It probably would’ve lasted me close to a month, but not quite. So, I was yaking with my boss about the formation of crusty stuff around my right eye lid. He said it might be caused by eyelash mites and suggested this product to bring it under control. I did and after several days of use in the morning and then again before bed, VOILA!, no more crusty eyelid stuff!!! I plan to use this twice a week (about every 3 days) as a preventative measure. I do want to mention that I'm not fond of the smell. It's not that I find it horrid, but it has a bit of a chemical odor that is off-putting. But, obviously, not enough to prevent continued use. I also want to mention that the product doesn't sting or irritate my eyes. I was afraid it would sting because stuff that smells like that usually stings. Been using this for about 5 years. Excellent for removing 'debris' between eyelashes, and is an excellent makeup remover all over my face without drying my skin. The bottle lasts a very long time. One pump will clean my whole face. Read more

I switched to this because TheraTears Sterilid is on back order and had some sort of problem recently where the product didn’t foam. I tried a bunch of new options and this was my favorite. The tea tree gives a similar cooling sensation and it feels like it works almost as well if not the same as Sterilid. I may stick with it even if Sterilid comes back and gets fixed. The advanced formula works the best for me but the gentle is nice too. For those of us who really need this sort of product, I hope this helps you. Read more
