Great value for the money and the fit is spot on. I've purchased three of these so far and only encountered minor issues. The first is with the screws; they're painted to match the color of the vent, but the paint isn't very durable. It's not a big deal for me, though. The second issue is that using Phillips screws for installation can be problematic—they strip out pretty easily if you don't have a threaded hole already or if you’re using a drill or impact driver. Switching to a socket instead of the Phillips driver can solve this problem, but it will remove some paint from the screws. If I had to be picky, I would say it should come with foam around the perimeter. However, for the price, you really can't complain. When you close the vents, there is some leakage, but strips of adhesive-backed foam solved that issue for me.
