This heats up very quickly and puts out a good amount of heat. I would be careful using it around children or pets, though. Pretty darn hot, even at the lowest setting. Keep away from curtains & upholstery My only issue is that the light stays on even if it is turned off. I feel the need to always unplug it to be sure it is off at a glance. This is a bit of a bother. Maybe it would be better two lights? One for showing power, one to show the unit is turned on? Read more

I was worried at first because there's literally no sound and it feels like it's blowing on "low", but it took like 30 mins and my room was already warming up and by the end of the night I had to turn it off. (The room was about the size of a regular bedroom (without a closet and bathroom). It definitely works and is worth the $. Cons: there's about 4" (height) of floor space that stays cold because the hearter is on 'legs', it doesn't shut off automatically when it reaches a temp so you'll be sweating if you don't turn it down/off, and the cord is a bit too short (personally). Ive only had it for two days, so do with this information what you will. Read more

It expels heat very fast and further than I expected It makes no noise I like the way it looks perfect for me when needing warmth while working at my desk at home Perfect to place next to my 5 year old while he watches tv, gets dressed, eats.. ect before school in the morning. Its hard to do mych when you are freezing so this is helping us without having the entire heater on through the house. I put it next to the bed where the dogs and I all sleep and turn it off once we are warm enough to be comfortable and fall asleep Because personally i hate a really warm house when I sleep and I dont luke paying that big gas bill. But we need to be warm to get things done and help us to be comfortable before sleep also. I recommend this heater for sure Read more

Very restrictive air flow underneath. Was going to return it but decided to elevate the legs with 2 ceramic casserole dishes. Raised it up about 3 inches and solved to air flow problems. Good heat, no noise but the legs need to be longer for proper air flow. Read more
