These fabric resistance bands are an easy 5-star set for me. I’ve used rubber and latex bands in the past, and these are a big upgrade in both comfort and usability. I’ve been using them mainly for glute workouts, warm-ups, and light strength training, and they perform exactly how you want resistance bands to perform. The fabric material feels strong and well stitched, with no signs of stretching out or fraying after repeated use. More importantly, they do not roll up or slide around during exercises. That alone makes workouts smoother and less annoying. The resistance levels feel well spaced. The light band works well for activation and rehab-style movements, the medium is great for most workouts, and the heavy band provides enough resistance to be genuinely challenging for lower-body work. They give consistent tension throughout movements, which helps keep exercises controlled. Comfort is another strong point. The fabric does not dig into the skin or pull hair like rubber bands do. Even during longer sessions, they stay comfortable and secure. The non-slip inner strip does its job without feeling sticky or abrasive. The included mesh carrying bag is simple but useful. It makes it easy to keep the bands together and toss them in a gym bag or drawer without clutter. What I liked: - Fabric material is comfortable and durable - Non-slip design actually prevents rolling and sliding - Three resistance levels cover most workout needs - Consistent tension during exercises - No pinching or hair pulling - Compact and easy to store with the carry bag - Clean, neutral color design Things to keep in mind: - Fabric bands are thicker than latex bands - Not ideal for exercises that require stretching to extreme lengths Overall, this is a high-quality resistance band set that works well for glute workouts, yoga, and general strength training. If you want bands that stay put, feel good to use, and hold up over time, this set is an excellent choice and well worth it. Read more
I tend to work long hours in front of my computer and tend to get antsy and have excess energy because of it. To help rid myself of it and focus better I've tried things like stress balls, fidget toys, spinning tops, and more. They all work, but only for a short time before I have to move on to the next thing. When I saw these resistance bands I thought to try them for the same reason, and they've worked out better than I had hoped. They're made of good quality fabric, and not rubber/latex/plastic like most others, so they don't dig into your skin or yank on it even if you're wearing shorts. I just slip them onto my legs, and stretch to the sides right while sitting at my desk. The high resistance one is good for the thigh area, the middle resistance one closer to the knees, and the low resistance one by my ankles. Not all at once, of course, but a little variation over the course of the day. I also like that it came in a nice mesh bag that's easy to carry, doesn't take up much space, and just keeps things clean and tidy. Pulling the bands out and putting them away later is so simple. And I can just toss the whole bag in a drawer and take hardly any room. For me these have been perfect for what I needed them to do, and I'll continue to use them to remain focused. Hopefully they'll help with muscle tone too while also helping me focus on my work. Read more

These Homegrown Athletic bands are holding up nicely. I ordered them to do some physical therapy at home in between visits and I think they have helped increase strength and progress. The 3 bands have noticeable resistance difference, but I'm not sure how you'd measure them other than simply recognizing the difference in how much they stretch individually. They fit around my upper legs, but be aware of the 30 inch length measurement before you order, and the 3 inch height is comfortable enough while using as they don't dig in like a more narrow band. Overall I think it's a good value for an above average resistance/PT band set. Read more
The Homegrown Athletics fabric resistance bands are excellent quality and exactly what you want for lower-body workouts. The fabric is thick, soft, and non-slip, so the bands stay in place without rolling or pinching — even during squats, lunges, and hip thrusts. I love that the set includes three resistance levels (light, medium, heavy), making it easy to progress or switch depending on the workout. They work great for glute activation, yoga, warm-ups, and home workouts. The included mesh carrying bag is a nice bonus and makes them easy to store or throw in a gym bag. The neutral black/gray colors look sleek and hold up well over time. ✅ Pros: • Non-slip fabric — no rolling or snapping • Comfortable on skin • Three resistance levels for progression • Great for glutes, legs, yoga & warm-ups • Durable stitching and quality feel • Comes with a convenient carrying bag ❌ Cons: • The heavy band is no joke 🔥 • You’ll feel muscles you forgot existed Bottom line: Durable, comfortable, and effective resistance bands that actually stay in place.
