Face Down Adjustable Memory Foam Pillow with 2 Air Vents - Stomach Sleep Post-Eye Surgery Headrest with Massage

This is a great little massage pillow made of a memory foam type material. Typically this kind of material off gasses for a bit after opening but I don't smell anything from this pillow. That's really nice because sometimes the smell can be a bit off putting. This is small enough that you can have it in the closet and only take it out when you want it without it taking up too much room. It feels comfortable on your face although some may find it a bit rough with it's netting like material. I think it feels fine and really, you're not sleeping on it so it doesn't need to be too comfortable. I think some people might use this post some type of surgery but we use it as a massage pillow on the bed. It really helps when you're laying face down. When I ordered this, there were 3 versions to chose from and now there seems to only be one. The others had a lower front side and less breathing arches on the bottom. The one I received (but not ordered) is the one now pictured in the ad. IN principle it is a great idea because when you place your face down on the pillow plenty of air flows through the pillow arches and you can breathe easily. The pillow is light weight and very soft so it should be very comfortable to lie face down for those of us who love to sleep on our stomach. HOWEVER, for me, the pillow is too tall and it causes my neck to bend backwards and therefore causes my neck to hurt. I would love this pillow if it were about an inch shorter. But alas, it is not and I can not use it. Someone with a more flexible neck than mine might just love this pillow. Read more

Looks as pictured, soft material. Works fairly well but I wish it was a little firmer to hold up the head better, the weight of my head pushes down on the openings meant to allow air flow but not all the way. Read more

This pillow is very soft and comfortable. It's perfect for giving back massages to your significant other. It's easy to breathe through and stays cool and comfy. I haven't tried sleeping with it, though. Read more

I was really looking forward to this pillow. I am disappointed to report though that the pillow I received differs significantly from the one advertised in the product images. The listing showed a horseshoe-shaped pillow with an adjustable cord to customize the size of the opening. Note: I did not order the blue one that looks similar to the one I received. Even the blue one that looks similar has a different opening. The grey pillow that arrived, has a small, fixed circular opening with no means of adjustment. This design is not functional for a side or stomach sleeper, as the hole is far too restrictive and the cushion lacks sufficient loft to keep my face from touching the mattress making it difficult to breath, thus defeating the purpose. As far as I'm concerned, this pillow is basically unusable. I gave it two stars simply because it might be useful for a smaller person with a smaller face but cannot in good faith recommend. The style of this pillow is not as pictured. It's still relatively comfortable. The center cutout is a little small for my face. It was comfortable enough for a massage from my wife for about 45 minutes. It was more comfortable than expected based on the design, but for a shorter period. The original picture it was not completely enclosed, this one was. The material was soft. It's marketed for massage and it works well enough for that. Read more

Took a gamble and although it is comfortable for my small head, I don't recommend for an average adult. Also note, there are two different styles shown in the picture and the one I received does not have the opening in the front or the ties. It is just a complete circle so I am unable to use it as an airplane neck pillow. All in all, I will get some use of out it when I must lay on my face to avoid discomfort from piercings or receiving a massage. The cover does Zip off for washing. Read more

I had the most superb nap during my work lunch! I have had to study at night for my practical exams, and I have really been nodding off come lunch time. I can finally cozy up and set my alarm for lunch with this perfect pillow that lets me lie my head on my desk with no issue. I breathe easily with the open center and have the coziest position with this pillow. I do come out of my nap with marks on my face but that just meant I rested as I hoped, and the pillow did it's job. I use this a few times a week now and love it.
