You only get one not two
Make no mistake: you only get one despite the picture. It's in "additional details" which I missed. Plus the package was dirty and damaged. That having been said, it arrived quickly and I've been using this brand of cheap facial excercisers for years with good results. Read more
Effective!
I had a very similar device before, with bands that needed to be positioned and replaced fairly often. It was two separate pieces that were thus held into one unit. And even with that, I was satisfied with it. But this unit is one piece that is zero maintenance, except for a quick, brief cleaning after every use. I was concerned that maybe the size would not be adequate, but it fits well, and gives a good workout for the neck and lower face. The neck/jaw area is unfortunately one of the most neglected areas for most of us, but one of the most important for health and appearance. Read more

Underdelivered - Sorry, that I CANNOT recommend…
Used a similar device w/ small resistance bands to exercise facial & neck muscles. It was fantastic. This item appears to provide “resistance training” with a spring inserted into plastic. The “spring” does not bounce back. After contracting the device, it must be removed from mouth & stretched wide for next repetition. Hopes of resuming facial & neck workouts (great results w/ device that used resistance bands - imagine very small rubber bands of 3 levels of resistance) sadly dashed. Extremely disappointed. I ordered & rec’d the item when sold with only 1 device. “New & improved” is rarely an “improved version” of the original. IF THE ORIGINAL WITH RESISTANCE BANDS RETURNS, I’ll be first in line bcz, odd as it appears, the original actually worked: defined jawline, a “youthful throat” vs ringed, “turkey neck”, or saggy. & I have incisions on neck; friends & even MD were surprised by my ring-free, zero wrinkle, smooth skin on neck. Reddit the original exercise device (30) reps daily + attention to quality skincare products & application thereof. Very disappointed in this item - didn’t waste time nor $ to return it. Tossed into trash after 5 attempts- who has time to remove & reset after each “contraction” of item? Not me & imagine few, if any do… A very disappointing purchase. Read more
