I’ve tried everything over the years, and these are the first thing that’s actually helped calm my breakouts without making things worse. The translucent dots come in assorted sizes, so I can grab one that fits perfectly over a deep blemish or small surface spot. Having tested an upwards of a 100+ brands of acne patches, I know pretty quickly if the patches work for my skin or not. I usually put these on before bed and by morning I'll either see some gunk sucked onto the dots or not. I know not all breakouts are the same, some are deeper down and some are on the surface so I understand results will vary. However, I usually put them on all the different breakout spots due to hormonal acne, so even if one of the patches have gunk in the morning, that's considered somewhat of a "success". I never appreciated tweezers until I recently decided to get some long nails, and wow are the tweezers a game changer! If you don't have long nails it should be easy to peel off but with my long nails I was struggling to peel these. The tweezers made it so easy and also keeps the germs away. I put several patches on before I went to bed and in the morning I did see some of the patches turn slightly cloudy. One of the patches had a tiny bit of gunk on it. I also noticed that I lost one as I tossed and turned at night. I did put one near my nose which sometimes get irritating and I probably yanked it out as I was half asleep. These aren't as sticky as some of the other brands I've used before, but they aren't not sticky either, if that makes any sense. Overall I have to say these patches do work to suck out some gunk but it isn't my absolutely favorite one to use and I probably would not be repurchasing. It just didn't work that great for my skin. It’s a fancy box for pimple patches. It has a magnetic closure. The tweezer isn’t necessary for me but I can see how some might like it or use it. There are 4 sheets of 24 patches (96 patches total) inside the resealable bag. One sheet has: 8 (7mm), 8 (10 mm), and 8 (12mm). Total: 32 (7mm), 32 (10mm), 32 (12mm). The ad is incorrect. There are equal amounts of each size. I love using pimple patches. They draw out pus and hide the redness of pimples/blemishes. Thealto patches are thickish, similar to original Cosrx or Mighty Patch by Hero. I prefer a thinner design like from Jumiso (my favorite). I also prefer the sheets to have perforation for easier removal of the patches. Thealto’s adhesion is ok and it has no smell. It lifts a little around the edges. I don’t find it as effective in drawing out the pus but it might be because I have been using pimple patches from another brand the last few days. There might not be any pus left. The box is detailed with information. Inside the box is a manual with similar details, and then we have the resealable bag that stores the patches that also provides directions. It feels a little excessive but I appreciate it. I think they should come out with refill packs because I wouldn’t want to repurchase the unnecessary items. Feels wasteful. I just want the patches. It’s great as a gift or starter kit though. Overall, I am not impressed by the performance of the pimple patches. However, I need to use it longer. I might have used it on pimples that were already on their healing stage. I really wish we had these when I was a kid. That's why I don't have any problems making sure we have tons of these in the house for our teenage kids. There's nothing more humiliating that acne for a teen so these are such a great product. Not only do they hide the blemish but they also help remove the blemish completely. Clear patches are just enough to hide blemishes but do not stick out so they are hard to notice unless you are very close. Great product! Read more
These are amazing! I put a patch on a swollen bump of a pimple right before bed and it's pretty much flat and gone in the morning. A white dot appears in the middle of the patch, like it's pulled the icky stuff out of my zit. They are super comfortable and sometimes I forget I'm wearing them. They're pretty much invisible, too. I'm really impressed with these and will continue to purchase them once I run out. The container for this is nice, too, with a flap for magnetic closure.
