Works well. It took a few days but it helped to decrease redness and size. I found it best to wear at night and air out during the day to help heal it. They do work great too though for going out since they are translucent. You can barely tell it’s on unless you look closely and it will also hide any redness. I like the different sizes as well. These patches are thin, stick really well, and are clear enough that I do not feel ridiculous if I have to see someone. They're thinner and more clear than other patched I've tried. I use them mostly them at night on whiteheads or those almost ready to pop pimples, and by morning the spot is flatter and less flared-up looking. They are also great for keeping me from absentmindedly picking at my face, which might be half the benefit. On deeper, under the skin breakouts, they help a little with redness but do not perform miracles. I really liked these small acne patches. They are super easy to use and almost invisible on the skin, so I can wear them even during the day.
