I bought this, water heater for my family as an option to have a hot water supply for showers, but 2 months after purchase it stopped working, the return window is closed at this point. I’ve been through the trouble shooting options and none of those suggestions have worked, I’ve used older models in the past with no issues, which is why I’m surprised that it broke so quickly. I like that it has different heat settings and it works well once installed. But I wasn’t happy that I had to buy pipe extensions just to make it fit. I would’ve paid a little more for a version that included them. Read more
Product looks nice but ensure to have it installed by a professional in order to mentain the nec requirements and neatness of the installation but my draw back is my water pressure seems too high so I only get warm not hot water when tap is turned almost off.
