I got this Arca-Swiss tripod for hunting, and I'm really happy with it! The carbon fiber makes it light but feels super sturdy. The legs adjust smoothly from 27 to 59 inches. The locking system is fast and easy, and it stays put even on bumpy ground, thanks to the rubber feet and spikes. The plate that comes off is a nice touch for attaching different things. Overall, it works great, and I'd say it's worth getting. Read more

I love this tripod. I am a fan of the FANAUE products and use their ball mount / tablet mounts / phone mounts regularly. They just make good products. This tripod is light, strong and gets to both a completely flat position and a very tall position. I use this for my Vortex Razr spotting scope and to mount my rifle. It is beautifully made as I expected and at the time I ordered this it was about $170 which is a better price than many like this. The ARCA mount is easy to use and rock solid. I dont use this for hunting since setting up a tripod when you are on foot is just so much slower than getting into a prone position or quick 'shooting sticks'. I do however use this for general spotting and much prefer it since it is so much lighter than my other tripod. Read more
