This product has quite a few annoying quirks. Any brightness setting other than the dimmest for the display emits a high pitched ringing sound. When wirelessly charging my phone it will change the display brightness on its own, turn alarms on and off on its own, and sometimes refuse to charge my phone. It is infuriating to deal with this happening without my input. Either I received a faulty product or they are selling a product that doesn't work, either way I would avoid this product until these issues are properly addressed. Read more

Wow. Being greatly hearing impaired and still holding a 9 to 5 job getting up at 5 a.m. is tough. The 5 a.m. is not the hard part, hearing an alarm clock is tough. I bought this alarm clock because it said and the reviews said it can be louder than a normal alarm clock plus it’s adjustable, Well it is. I wished I had bought two when I ordered (to save on shipping cost) within a week or two I’m going to order the second one. I use a sound machine at night the sound machine I had worked nicely, but over-road the alarm. This new alarm has both, sounds and alarm, now I have both working together. Plus it will Bluetooth to your phone, which also sets the clock. It’s a Win Win in my book. Read more

Honestly aside from it being a little bit of a hassle to set up i gotta say. I absolutely love this clock. Once you figure out the instructions and tinker with it a bit this is well worth every cent. I love the diming option. I love how it doesnt take up a whole lot of space. And I absolutely love that the instructions are easy to read and understand. And it looks very suave. Edit: dropping to 3 stars here's why. While it looks suave and it is functional there have been two annoyances since I purchased this item. First. After I did the initial set up and turned off the alarms yes both alarms. Alarms one and two turned off and I double checked. About a week or two later the alarms suddenly at some point automatically turned themselves back on and I didnt know till the next day and the first set alarm with the factor set alarm sounded off at around 8 to 9 pm. Needless to say that was not the wake up call I was expecting or wanted. Ok no big deal went back over the instructions again and turned both alarms off. This time they have stayed off. Second. While it is a minor annoyance it is still an annoyance. In order to charge your phone you have to set the phone just right. So expect to fiddle with the positioning of your device for a few seconds which ok tolerable however it woild be highly tolerable if it actually was fast charging >.< and this leads us to the third and final issue. Charging issue 1. Is not as fast charging as the product claims. Charging issue two. After a certain amount of time roughly an hour maybe two possibly three the numerical interface on the clock actually goes blank. It doesnt die it just automatically dies its self durning charging. Thats not only pointless but annoying. Say you set your alarm for 8 am and your alarm doesnt go off and you have shut your phone off so it can charge faster. Well imagine waking up to see the digital interface on your clock blacked out and no alarm sounding. While it is easy to fix by simply pushing the button that dims the digital interface I would say thats a pretty annoying defect. Read more
