Too bad that the seller or their so-called customer services never got back to me about the defunct machine. Perspective buyers, you probably want to stay away from this seller and this product based on my experience. I will update this review further if their customer service responds in one more week and raise the issue with Amazon about this seller. Update 3: Called the seller again in a week. The person I spoke with asked me to email them with details about the issues. It's over 4 weeks already but I haven't heard of anything from them yet! Update 2: Called the seller (a phone number in LA area). A lady took the call and asked my name and phone number saying someone will call me back soon. No call back! Update 1 on Nov 13, 2023: Called Customer services twice a week apart. The 2 ladies received calls and said they contacted the seller to send me shipping label to return the machine. Nothing came through at all! I bought it exactly 3 months ago and wanted to write a review about it a month later. Here it is finally. It arrived 30 min before I had to leave for airport for a month-long vacation. I quickly unpacked it and a little bit disappointed its appearance - kind of low to medium quality, plus the water reservoir is a bit too small. Then I had a Cappuccino. It worked well and the coffee tasted great with Starbucks bean. After returning from vacation a month later, I had 2 to 3 cups each day. On the first a few days everything seemed fine except that the coffee is not hot enough even when I changed its temperature to the highest. I was in a rush to buy this model after I saw PHILIPS 4300 from one of my friends. The single one reason I like Farenheit over Philips is that Farenheit milk container is actually is cooler - thought I don't have to pour milk everyday. I regret that I did not follow the old wisdom - an old brand can never turn you down but a no-name does! Here are the issues with this product after about 2 weeks of usage: 1. Coffee is always too cold no matter how you change its settings - starting from day 1; 2. Milk froth doesn't really froth the milk but just steam it a little bit; 3. I can live with the 2 issues above. Here comes the worst! Making a combo like Cappuccino or Latte Coffee often only gave the steamed milk and the coffee went the waste bucket. It happened so often that I have to run the Lunge first then Froth milk second in 2 steps! It wasted a lot of coffee beans before I have realized that I should not use any combos any more! 4. I still can live with "Lunge + milk" only from this machine! Now the worse than the worst came today! The Lunge coffee also flushed to the waste bucket! The second try worked. But the milk froth stopped flowing completely. Even after I cleaned the parts everything, milk doesn't flow but just the hot water steam! I consider myself techy/handy enough, but have no idea how to make this machine happy again to deliver coffee and milk! What should I do with this machine? Leave it in my garage or trash it? The media could not be loaded. I have had this for a few mos. Worked fine. Coffee isn't that hot and milk frother isn't great either but worked ok. Then it started brewing the Coffee inside the waste spot. Customer service couldn't get a hold of the seller and neither can I. I paid 677 $ for it. I love this machine! It is so easy to use and the best part for me is the built-in milk refrigeration. Lattes are my favorite and most of the machines seem so complicated with having to add some attachment to include the milk. Now I just fill the milk container, just like filling the water tank, and I don’t have to do any extra steps to make my drink, just push the button. The screen is easy to use and with a touch of a button it grinds the beans and makes my latte just the way I like it. You can select coffee strength, size, how much milk and froth you want. It’s not as big as I thought it was going to be, which is a nice surprise. It fits nicely on my counter and looks good. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but I’m happy with the purchase. No matter what coffee setting, there is never a nice froth like it should be. It all seems to be steamed milk. No matter what temperature setting, it’s never very hot. Quite a bit of money for a very underperforming coffee maker. Was hoping to enjoy this but am very disappointed! Read more

This machine does not have clear instructions and the company does not answer support requests and there is no phone number. Amazon will not support this product and cannot contact the company that makes it. I’ve had this for less than six months and it now makes coffee in the waste container. The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love my new coffee maker! Where do I start! From the sleek and stylish appearance to the fully automated grinding, to the milk cooler inside! Coffee and lattes at my favorite coffee shops will never taste the same. I’m totally impressed with the built in milk refrigeration and the electric milk-frother system. No complicated steps whatsoever! The touchscreen is beautiful and easy…just select your coffee strength, size, how much milk/froth you want and go! Let me just say, I wrestled with purchasing this product, as it didn’t have many reviews. It had some features that I didn’t see with many others out there at the same price level and it looked like it would be easy to use, so I gave it a chance. After getting it and setting it up, I was surprised at just how easy it is to use. The manual isn’t overwhelming (it has a lot of pictures), and the touchscreen is simple to understand and make selections to customize my beverages. Some of the machines out there seem much more complicated, so super pleased this one isn’t. And that automatic frother makes for an excellent cappuccino! Read more
