Nice Little Bag, Good for Travel

Once all the embellishments are removed, this could pass as a military bag. I bought it to use as my personal bag on airplane flights and loaded it with in-flight essentials. Two flap pockets, a zippered compartment, and two water bottle pockets on the outside make it easy to access most-used items without needing to open the bag. I do have two complaints, which caused me to drop one star. First, there is only a shoulder strap but no handle, so the bag cannot be comfortably carried in the hand. Further, the strap is webbed fiber, which is likely to wear out over time. Finally, it is sewn to the bag and cannot be removed or replaced easily. Second, there is nothing to stiffen the bottom of the bag, so odd-shaped and heavy items cause the bag to sag. Items also are not protected when the bag is put down. Although the interior of the bag is lined, it would be better if there were a moisture-resistant bottom. Read more
