This is a great backpack with many features that I like. The material is water resistant and strong. The lining is made of good quality fabric. (The interior is gray.) The zippers are metal. The laptop compartment is well padded and is spacious. The straps are strong. The main compartment has dual zipper pulls that have holes through them so you could add a luggage lock. I really like the combination of pockets on this bag. The water bottle pockets are deep and adequately wide to hold water bottles or a lot of other things. The front has a bit pocket with a zipper. Behind that is another large pocket like for a tablet, with zippers on both sides. There's also a small hidden pocket on the back, which is about the right size to hold a cell phone. Very good bag.
