Wow! I bought this game as I've been working from home and feeling lazy to go to the gym. My roommates were on the same boat, so I thought why not? We tried it this weekend, and boom! We were sweating, getting fit, and most importantly, having fun for 2 HOURS STRAIGHT! We love it so much we've already scheduled our next "workout". Love it! Read more

The FastFit HIIT Training Base Game is a game-changer (pun intended) when it comes to spicing up your workout routine. First of all, let's talk about the packaging. The sleek and compact design of the deck of cards makes it easy to take with you anywhere you go. And with 60 different bodyweight exercises to choose from, you'll never run out of ideas for your next workout. One of the things I love about this game is the variety of exercises included. From classic moves like push-ups and squats to more unique exercises like mountain climbers and burpees, there's something for everyone. And the fact that you can mix and match the cards to create your own custom workout is a game-changer. But it's not just about the exercises themselves. The game is designed to make working out fun and engaging. The cards are color-coded based on the type of exercise (cardio, strength, or core), and there are even "wild" cards that allow you to create your own exercises or take a break and rest for a bit. And let's not forget about the "challenge" cards. These cards are designed to push you to your limits and really test your fitness level. They include moves like one-arm push-ups and plank jacks, and they'll have you sweating and gasping for air in no time. Overall, I would highly recommend the FastFit HIIT Training Base Game to anyone looking to add some excitement and variety to their workout routine. It's perfect for both beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts, and it's a great way to get in shape while having fun at the same time. So go ahead, give it a try, and get ready to sweat! Read more

The quality of these cards jumped out at me first! They have a perfect weight to them and yet I know our sweaty fingers will not ruin them! They are made from a plastic film of some sort. They flex but don't bend or snap. The colors selected are bright and the text is clear. My intention with these cards are for movement breaks in between classes for my homeschool peeps. Alternatively, we can use it as a family exercise activity. No more whining, Mom, I don't like blah blah... it would be randomly selected by a card. The cards are labeled with number of reps or with the type of exercise. The mode of play is selecting one of each type and performing the exercise that number of reps. Some other plastic/weather/water proof card games we have are too thick to really use. We have a game of playing cards and a very popular card game with 3 letters. Both of those the cards are almost laminated feeling and when damp or even wet, they stick together. This set of FITT cards are slick and smooth! If you are wanting to change things up a bit for your friends or family in your routine, I would HIGHLY recommend this quality package of exercise cards. They can be adjusted to, I would think, almost any kind of environment. ENJOY!!! Read more

This is one of those products that I didn't know what to expect until I got into it. I've dabbled a bit in high intensity interval training (HIIT) and enjoy the way it takes your body by surprise. It's a great way to get in shape. If you're looking for something that adds a little gamification to the process, this is a very cool approach. By picking a combination of exercise and target cards, this "game" inspires you to push yourself in different ways using randomized exercises and repetitions. It's a fun way to take away the monotony of routine workouts and provide some controlled chaos. After all, surprising your muscles with new exercises is a great way to keep your body reacting and thus improving. Now, mind you, you may need to have reference points for certain exercises. And like with all exercise programs, it's best to know what you are doing. So, when you pull that exercise card, if you don't get what you're supposed to do, make sure you look up a reputable source to explain or (better yet) demonstrate the exercise in question. While it is fun to do on your own, you'll probably get better results if you team up with a friend or two and push yourself. The reward factor in this game is more about feeling proud about your results. But you'll always get better results if you have someone you are working out with to hold yourself accountable. All-in-all, if you are looking for a unique way to get in shape and gamify the process, this is a fun approach. You'll find yourself constantly doing something new, which is the best way to get in shape. Read more

These cards are a good quality flexible plastic. Sad to say nowhere was I able to find instructions or information to access the "fitness library". I emailed messages to the company twice to ask for instructions and access to the fitness library but no one ever replied. The game is worthless to me without having instructions AND knowing how to do each exercise. THREE WEEKS LATER: I've emailed the company again and still no reply. This is the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. Very frustrating. Read more
