I purchased these headphones a couple I purchased these headphones a couple of years ago, and for the most part, they did everything I needed. The only issue I had was that when I was on the phone because I work from home, sometimes the other person couldn’t hear me all the time. The sound quality was good, and the comfort was good. They recently broke, and so I’m going to try a different company or a different headphone just to see if I can get a better one, but these are really great for the price. Read more

This plastic headset has an adjustable headband that does not pull on your hair at all. The earphone covers are soft and cushiony, which makes them nice for extended use. The microphone adjusts vertically on the left side of the headset and doesn't need to be placed directly at your mouth for you to be heard clearly. The mute and volume control are attached and lightweight. The ability to use it with either a serial or USB port is an added feature that comes in handy for use with most devices. Worked good for the first week of use. Then started hearing a bit of static, but I thought it was the customer's side or the app I was using. Then I had a teams meeting and realized I get it all the time. Whatever, I can deal with that. Then I started getting complaints about not being able to hear me well, so I would adjust the microphone until it was just right. And then Everytime I took them off or moved them for any reason, I'd have to readjust for the next call. I could still deal with that. However, after two months of use, they are no longer usable. I went to lunch and came back, tried to take a call and realized my mute button wouldn't turn off. It's now permanently stuck on. No warning, no issues with the mute button previously. Tried unplugging, plugging back in, tried restarting my computer because I thought that might fix it. Nothing i did has worked. After a few days of tinkering and using a spare pair for work, decided to buy a new pair. Someone recommended Logitech to me, so I'll be getting those soon for replacement. Read more

Not the most comfortable headset but, you get what you pay for. Still decent sound and audio and pretty compact so it's easy to pack it with you. Cord length is good and so far has been very durable, just wish it was a tad more comfortable to wear. Read more
