Great product, pretty much the same exact thing as the bottles you buy in store, but gigantic value. I use this concentrate as professional home cleaner. Game changer. People love it, because it makes a lasting difference, beyond the fragrance. I keep reading people use this undiluted. Trust me, these people have broken noses. Undiluted this stuff smells like a strong concentrate. My only suggestion is that it is a tad bit weaker than what it suggested. It says a 1:5 dilution ratio, I think a 1:3 is better. And remember to spray well. For carpets, mats, and the like, remember to vacuum first, then spray. And don’t be afraid to really put down a lot of spray. For couches, use a speciality hair comb for furniture or vacuum if the material is strong, then I do an initial spray, wipe down with a microfiber, and do another spray. Over time you’ll find what works best. But this is not the type of product that spray 4-5 times and you’re done. It requires quite a bit. Don’t get things wet, but do get things damps. But DON’T get lazy and skip all this by not diluting it. It will create a much sharper smell and iffy results for the fabric. If you are considering purchasing this fabric refresher, and you have animals, (cats, dogs, rabbit, ect.) that cause unwanted odors, this IS the product for you!! My husband and I have searched all over and have been through TONS of products to try and eliminate the urine smell from our cat!! This stuff is amazing! We were both blown away with how fast it eliminated ANY odors, and with a fabric softener that doesn’t have too overwhelming/ too strong of a smell itself! Febreze 33032EA Professional Deep Penetrating Fabric Refresher works on just about anything fabric! I found a small bottle once but could not find it again so of course I searched Amazon. I got a great deal too. And I have used it everywhere. Its perfect. It doesn't have the overwhelming scent some of the other fabric refreshers have, instead its very light and fresh. Deceptive marketing! As others have stated, this item is being advertised as "concentrate", not diluted "ready to use". (see attached screen shot of amazon page). Came across this first in Home Depot, they don't have it in their store. I started cause of COVID love the smell not like their other Frebreeze that's on the market. Now I keep using it cause I have 2 dogs and I spray it and it takes care of any smell. PLUS it is nice refreshing smell. No perfume smell....I hate. That kind of smell. Also yes it cost but you don't even have to spray even day or every other day. It last wonderfully. Remember I have 2 dogs 🐕. Read more

I bought this about a year ago and it was fantastic. Strong penetrating scent that removed odors very well. I ordered again in March and just opened it. It smells like a splash of what the product used to be and the rest water. Basically no fragrance and did absolutely NOTHING to remove odors. Extremely disappointed. Read more
