It definitely works, im 145 pounds and wears a medium. I needed this product to help lift my buttocks. Unfortunately I dont think I will be using it for the dress I bought it for. I got this first pair today and wore it all day before I decided to order another. Next week I will order yet another because I don't want to go without one of these ever again. First, they are true to size and give just the right amount of compression. The tummy control feature really smoothes the fat rolls. The butt lifting feature!!!???
