But since I lost some pounds she’s to big for me so I decided to look for another new friend that can hug me tightly while exercising and hit my goal to get sling removed surgery. I came across this faja and after readying all the comments , I decided to order a size L . Because I notice it has 3 road of clips but. It’s too loose it’s like you don’t have a faja on ! I mean the point of wearing a faja it’s because you want to hold your belly or help with your back while working out . But this is just not tight ! This is my 1st time ever trying a waist trainer, I am 43. I should have invested in one of these years ago. The 1st time I used it, It really improved my posture. However over the week I've used it, it has taken shape to my body. Which isn't bad but I feel like its not as firm as when I got it. What I love about it is that it snatches my waist line so much. I wish I could include a picture with and without it on because it really makes a difference but I am currently at work. Read more
I’ve been into wearing fajas for years now. This one has a decent cling. It feels strong, a little stretch. I should have sized down from my XL to a L. I only got the XL cause I put on a little weight, and also the review comments, but should have known better!. Fajas are meant to be super tight. It should be hard to breathe at first lol.. so if it was easy to put on then it’s too big. I’m going to keep this one to exercise in and buying the large or medium.. I may just opt for a latex material faja because those have the snatch you need for an hour glass. Read more

The sizing chart is not right this used to come in a extra extra large and they sold me one of the last two, but this is not an extra extra large. This is an extra large and it does not fit me when I know it should fit me. Read more
