These are great. I have these set up to run my roof heat tape in the winter. I no longer have to trudge out into the snow to plug in my heat tape. I first became a fan of the Feit smart light bulbs, they work great and have worked perfectlywith years of use. So when it came time to replace a smart plug that I was not happy with it all I went with these programmable Feit plugs. They were easy to set up and schedule and I have them working through my Amazon home account with Alexa andGoogle Home hub. One is on my front porch and the other one is on my rear lanai. They were definitely built for outdoor use and I am sure I will enjoy them for years to come. Read more
On many cases we have power outages and when there is a timer on the low voltage timer it goes out of sinc and needs to be continuously re-set The online set up of the timer makes for automatic resetting of the timer no matter when the power goes out. now I just get the cheaper low voltage transformers and then use this as the branis for the whole system. The other benefit is if I am out of town and use cameras I can turn the lights on via mobile phone. Addes security. it would be nice if there was an overlay with my camera automatically. Read more

I'm using these this year for Christmas Lights and the distance is quite far from the router. But like all the other Feit products I own these have an excellent connection to WiFi and I very much enjoy Alexa managing turning on and off all my holiday lights (including Xmas tree with an indoor control).
