I really like these boots! The pu leather looks and feels real, it has the texture of leather that's already been broken in so it's soft and not stiff. The stitching is done well and is very pretty and decorative. They fit perfectly for the size I ordered. They are far more comfortable than I was expecting, I have worn these and had to walk quite a ways in them with no problem. The inside is lined with a soft nylon material on the sides. The outside sole on the toe of the boot is very smooth so you may want to rough it up a bit especially if you'll be walking where the floors may be wet, I can imagine that they could be extremely slippery! The heel is a perfect height, it gives a bit of lift but not so much that it hurts the ball of your foot. They come up a little lower than mid-calf on me and the style goes with pretty much anything from dresses to skinny jeans so they're very versatile. I'm not usually much of a Western wear person, but I have worn these quite a bit because they're just so comfortable and I get compliments every time.
